According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1415 dated October 2, 2024, the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute for Information Recording of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine dated July 2, 2024, Protocol No. 13, was approved to confer the academic title of Professor in the specialty 122 - Computer Science to Vitaliy Tsyganok.
