Зібрання фонографічних записів єврейського музичного фольклору З. Кісельгофа

Хронологічними межами колекції 3. Кісельгофа є 1922-1928 рр. Об'єктивно цей період характеризувався тимчасовим спадом активності у фольклорних дослідженнях єврейських історико-етнографічних товариств. Колекція 3. Кісельгофа заповнює понад десятирічну паузу у загальній структурі фоноархіву і є результатом досліджень ентузіаста. Більшість записів було виконано у рідному місті фольклориста Петрограді (Ленінграді); є в колекції також і записи з Білорусі (Могилів, Бабиновичі, Калинковичі). Великий інтерес представляють фонозаписи з голосу співачки Сари Фібіх19 , композитора М. Гнєсіна2º, самого 3. Кісельгофа, акторів єврейського театру "Габіма" та ін. У Калинковичах 3. Кісельгоф записав повний варіант "Ахашверош-шпіля" від Айзика Гутмана,. колишнього пуримшпілера (№ 1200 -1212).

Фонозаписи із Західної України - останні за часом фіксації матеріалу у довоєнному архіві Кабінету єврейської культури. Але в тому ж 1940 р. фоноархів Кабінету значно поповнився фоноваликами з приватної колекції 3. Кісельгофа - колеги С. Ан-ського по експедиціях Петербурзького єврейського історико-етнографічного товариства (№ 1119-1213). Колекцію, поряд з іншими матеріалами персонального архіву 3. Кісельгофа, передала в дар Кабінету дочка покійного фольклориста. (За матеріалами Л.Шолохової ).
